The article does speak about the falling value in publishing power.  With websites like Blogger and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Blogspot&lt;/span&gt; allowing anyone to publish their ideas the value of people written thought is falling.  This is also hurting the newspaper industry.  Information is out there for the readers the problem is that there is a good chance that readers could be listening to bad information and not the &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;quality&lt;/span&gt; journalism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Companies have had different reactions to the blogs.  Although the idea of blogging has fallen in the ranks with many other fads, high ranking executives have begun to utilize the blogging community to bulk up their companies names.
